MindVoyage Wins 2026 iF Design Award
We’re honored to share that Brainmate has received the 2026 iF Design Award for MindVoyage: Cognitive therapy system.

MindVoyage was created to address one of the most urgent challenges in dementia care: how to deliver engaging, personalized, non-pharmacological cognitive therapy despite growing caregiver shortages.
By combining generative AI, vision AI, and human-centered design with real-world object interaction, MindVoyage transforms cognitive therapy from passive screen-based exercises into a more intuitive, meaningful, and low-stress experience. Our avatar-guided system adapts tasks in real time, verifies user actions, tracks progress across an 8-week program, and generates visualized reports aligned with clinical assessment logic such as MMSE.
What makes this recognition especially meaningful to us is that it affirms more than aesthetics. It recognizes a design approach grounded in real clinical needs: helping people living with dementia stay engaged, supporting greater independence, and reducing burden on caregivers and care systems.
In early clinical use, MindVoyage has shown promising results, including +12% cognitive improvement, -20% agitation and depression, +30% engagement, and substantial reductions in caregiver labor and treatment costs. These outcomes continue to motivate us as we work to scale Brainmate’s AI-powered cognitive care solutions across hospitals, care facilities, and home settings.
We’re deeply grateful to our clinical partners, care teams, designers, engineers, and all the patients and families who have trusted us along the way. This award belongs to everyone who believes dementia care can be more humane, more scalable, and more empowering.
We’re just getting started.
